This document establishes the terms and conditions of the loyalty program promoted by MI-NY SRL.
By participating in the program, the customer fully accepts the conditions stated below.

1. How the Points Collection Works
The points collection is valid for 365 days starting from April 22, 2026.
Every 10 points correspond to a €0.50 discount.
Accumulated points can be converted, for example, at the following reward thresholds:
10 points = €0.50 discount
20 points = €1.00 discount
40 points = €2.00 discount
50 points = €2.50 discount
100 points = €5.00 discount
Points can only be used as a discount on purchases made on the website www.minyshop.com according to the methods indicated at the time of purchase.

2. Program Enrollment
Enrollment in the loyalty program takes place during registration on the official website www.minyshop.com
To participate, it is necessary to create a personal account. The account and accumulated points are personal and non-transferable.
The customer can request cancellation from the program at any time. In case of cancellation, all accumulated and unused points will be forfeited.

3. Points Accumulation
Points are accumulated through the methods indicated on the page MI-NY Beauty Club
The methods of awarding points may vary based on active promotions.
Any discounts, coupons, or vouchers used during purchase may affect the calculation of points earned (points are calculated on the amount actually paid).

4. Points Validity
- Points are valid for 365 days from the start of the promotional campaign.
- Upon expiration, unused points will be automatically deleted.
- In case of product returns, points earned related to the returned items will be canceled.

5. Points Usage
Points can be converted into immediate discounts according to the indicated thresholds.
Points:
- Are not convertible into cash.
- Are not transferable.
- Cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
MI-NY SRL reserves the right to modify reward thresholds or usage methods with prior notice.

6. Personal Data
Personal data provided by customers will be processed in compliance with current legislation on personal data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).
The data controller is MI-NY SRL. Data will be used exclusively for purposes related to the management of the loyalty program and, with consent, for promotional purposes.

7. Program Modifications and Suspension
MI-NY SRL reserves the right to:
- Modify the regulations at any time
- Suspend or cancel the program
- Revoke points in case of improper or fraudulent use
Any modifications will be communicated through official channels.

8. Limitation of Liability
MI-NY SRL is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, system errors, or problems not directly attributable to the company that prevent the accumulation or use of points.
