General Shipping Conditions

These conditions govern the shipping service for products purchased through the website www.minyshop.com owned by MI-NY S.r.L with registered office in Azzano San Paolo (BG), Via Friuli, 3, VAT number 03754540163.

CHAPTER 1 – DELIVERY TIMES
1.1 Purchased products will be shipped via GLS express courier throughout Italy within 2-3 working days from the order confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded. During the Black Friday and Christmas periods, delays may occur due to shipment overload.
1.2 Any delivery delays caused by force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or strikes are not attributable to MI-NY S.r.L, which therefore assumes no responsibility in this regard.

CHAPTER 2 – SHIPPING COSTS
2.1 Shipping costs within the national territory are determined as follows:

- From €9.99 for orders up to €249;
- Free shipping for orders over €249.

2.2 For international shipments, costs vary depending on the destination country and are clearly communicated before order confirmation.
2.3 For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any additional customs clearance costs, customs duties, or other taxes will be entirely borne by the buyer and may vary according to the regulations of the destination country.

CHAPTER 3 – DELIVERY METHODS
3.1 MI-NY S.r.L will deliver the purchased products exclusively to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order, via GLS express courier.
3.2 Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during office hours, generally from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing between the parties.
3.3 The customer is required to check, upon receipt of the goods, the integrity of the packages and the correspondence of the delivered products with those ordered. Any discrepancies or damages must be immediately reported on the delivery document and confirmed in writing within seven days of receipt of the goods by registered mail with return receipt addressed to MI-NY S.r.L, Via Friuli, 3 – 24052 Azzano San Paolo (BG). No reports after the indicated deadline will be considered.
3.4 The customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided address and their availability to receive the shipment. Any additional costs resulting from non-delivery due to the customer's unavailability after two courier attempts will be entirely borne by the customer.

CHAPTER 4 – LIABILITY
4.1 MI-NY S.r.L assumes no responsibility for delays or inability to deliver due to force majeure events, adverse weather conditions, strikes, and other circumstances that are unforeseeable or unavoidable by the company.
4.2 Under no circumstances will MI-NY S.r.L be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from delivery delays for the above reasons. The customer will only be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered product, excluding any shipping costs already incurred.

CHAPTER 5 – ADVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS
5.1 It is advisable to group multiple items in a single order to optimize shipping costs. It is not possible to combine two or more separately placed orders into a single shipment.
5.2 All items are carefully packaged to ensure their integrity during transport.
