ACRYGEL: what it is, how to apply it, characteristics, advantages & removal

This is a new and innovative method, a hybrid that combines the advantages of gel with those of acrylic, for stronger, more flexible, and long-lasting nails.
How is it used?
This product is chosen by professionals who have always loved the consistency of gel and the acrylic system, in its form and working method: it has no disadvantages, apart from the importance of having a flat brush with a rounded tip that is needed to achieve the correct application (getting as close as possible to the cuticles but without touching them).
It is the perfect product to meet the needs of clients who fear skin reactions during polymerization or who have very damaged nails, to the point of feeling burning and discomfort during the product's application and drying. Thanks to its very light and moldable structure, simply proceed with the application – mold and polymerize for a very natural and aesthetically perfect final result.
Step Application
- Prepare the natural nail by buffing it with the white buffer.
- Apply a layer of Nail Prep over the entire nail bed and let it air dry for 60″ (optional).
- Apply Primer and let it air dry for 60″.
- Choose the correct size form for each nail.
- Take an amount of Acrygel with the spatula and place it into the form.
- Spread it with the appropriate brush dampened with Acrygel Shaping Solution, reaching the desired length.
- Flip the Dual Form and place it on the nail, pressing from top to bottom until all bubbles disappear.
- Remove excess product from the edges of the form with a brush dampened with Shaping Solution and spread it also on the underside of the nail.
- Cure in a UV lamp for 240 seconds (4 min) and in a LED lamp for 90 seconds.
- Remove the Dual Form by applying slight pressure to the edges of the tip inwards and gently lift it.
- Adjust the nail length and choose the desired shape with the file.
- Remove residues with a dedicated brush and then degrease with Nail Cleaner (only if filing, as it has no dispersion).
- Apply a layer of Finish and cure in the lamp, then degrease.
N.B. If you wish to apply color, do so after degreasing the Acrygel and finish with the Base finish (unless a Peel Off gel polish is applied). For removal and refill, treat it as you would gel.
